Extra Curricular Clubs

At Chalgrove we offer a wide range of extra-curricular activities which take place before and after school.  This page will keep you updated with the current term’s timetable as well as any changes that may be made from week to week.  Here you will also find our After-School Activities Policy which should be read if you wish your child to participate in any of the clubs.

At the beginning of each term information about the clubs that will be taking place is sent out in the form of a letter. To secure a place at a club, all sessions must be paid for in bulk on Arbor. Places are limited and it is allocated on a first come first served basis.

Clubs on offer this Spring term:

Street Dance (Rec - Year 6)

Karate (Year 1 - Year 6)

Lego (Year 1 - Year 2)

Football (Year 1 - Year 3) & (Year 4 - Year 6)

Coding (Year 3 - Year 6)

Gymnastics (Year 1 - Year 3)

Girls Football & Netball (Year 4 - Year 6)

Art Club (year 1 - year 2)

Singing (Year 2 - Year 6)

Children are expected show good behaviour and follow the rules. We also expect children to be picked up promptly. Your child may lose their place at a club if they do not follow the rules or they are picked up late on more than one occasion.

EXTRA CURRICULAR SCHOOL CLUBS TIMETABLE – SPRING TERM CLUBS 

Clubs are booked and paid for online using Arbor. All sessions are to be paid for at once. Refunds will only be given if a club is cancelled and it cannot be rescheduled. All clubs are for boys and girls. Children who do not follow the rules during clubs will be asked to leave a club and children who are late being picked up from a club will be asked to leave a club. One warning will be given.

 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GATE WILL NOT BE OPENED UNTIL 4.10PM FOR COLLECTION FROM A CLUB
